Introduction:
Calender Roller also is called as Mirror Roller. Mirror Roller a key part of sheet and plate equipment.The rule is that the more smooth and precise the roll surface, the better the product quality.
Select 45# seamless steel tube or alloy steel as raw amterials and produce it through heating treatment and machine work. Assemble the passageway or jacket in the middle. Cooling or heating temperature difference is not larger than ±1ºC, and the surface hardness is HRC55-58, Hardness after chrome plating and polishing is HRC62, and temperature distortion is not large than 0.01mm.
Application:
Applicable to surface calendaring of all kinds of plasitcs susch as PP, PET, PT, PE, ABS, PVC and costue materials.
Calendering and flat glossing of plastics, leather ironing calendering, textile fabric ironing, and treatment of calendaring and flat glossing of paper.
It can be back-up of your current plastic sheet productiong line.

The cylindricity and concentricity of the roller can be reached ≤0.01mm
